The new collaboration will drive the development and application of Generative AI solutions across industries, leveraging AWS services and Reply’s AI expertise.
Reply, a global leader in systems integration and consulting, has announced a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to drive innovation in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). This partnership aims to empower businesses worldwide by leveraging AWS’s advanced cloud infrastructure and AI-driven capabilities. Through this initiative, Reply—along with its specialized companies, Data Reply and Storm Reply—will develop industry-specific solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency and productivity while addressing diverse business needs.
Building on an established relationship, Reply and AWS have consistently pushed the boundaries of AI innovation. Reply achieved the AWS Machine Learning Competency in 2020, gained early access to Amazon Bedrock in 2023, and, in 2024, became one of the first global companies to earn the AWS Generative AI Competency.
“We are thrilled to expand our collaboration with AWS to explore the full potential of Generative AI,” said Filippo Rizzante, CTO at Reply. “Our combined efforts will merge advanced AWS technology with Reply’s AI expertise to deliver transformative solutions for our clients. This collaboration not only reflects our dedication to innovation but also our commitment to helping organizations stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.”
Through this collaboration, Reply will streamline the adoption of AWS-powered AI solutions, ensuring a secure and scalable approach to AI implementation. Data Reply and Storm Reply will utilize AWS’s AI and machine learning services—including Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Q—to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications across multiple sectors. These applications will support critical business functions, including software engineering optimization, hyper-personalized customer experiences, operational efficiency, AI-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and sales and marketing automation.
Additionally, the agreement grants Data Reply and Storm Reply access to specialized training and resources, enhancing their ability to provide tailored AI solutions across key industries such as Automotive, Financial Services & Insurance (FSI), and Energy.
