Mike Bourke Joins LinkLive as Chief Executive Officer

LinkLive has appointed Mike Bourke as its new Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in contact center software, customer engagement and artificial intelligence to the company’s leadership team. Bourke shared the career update on LinkedIn as he takes on the new role.

Bourke joins LinkLive at a time when contact center technology is increasingly incorporating AI-driven automation and agentic systems. His new role will include guiding the company’s product and business direction as it expands the use of AI-powered customer engagement across regulated industries.

Before joining LinkLive, Bourke co-founded and led TrampolineAI, a healthcare contact center AI company that developed real-time agent intelligence for healthcare organizations. The company processed more than 300,000 member and provider interactions before being acquired by Voicegain.

His previous experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Product at Five9, where he was involved in expanding the company’s workforce optimization and automation business. He also previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Aspect Software and product leadership roles at Verint and Witness Systems.

LinkLive serves organizations across financial services, healthcare and government, sectors where customer service automation must operate alongside security, compliance and data protection requirements. According to the company, its customer base includes more than 1,100 organizations.

Bourke’s appointment reflects the growing intersection between contact center platforms and enterprise AI. As organizations look to automate more customer interactions, technology providers are increasingly focusing on AI systems that can manage multi-step workflows while maintaining connections with human service teams.

With Bourke taking over as CEO, LinkLive will continue developing its approach to AI-enabled customer engagement while addressing the operational and regulatory requirements of the industries it serves.
