Ennov has appointed Dr. Oxana Pickeral as its new Chief Executive Officer, bringing a leadership transition to the life sciences technology company as the sector faces growing pressure to modernize regulatory, clinical and quality operations.

Pickeral succeeds Ennov founder Olivier Pâris, who will join the company’s Board of Directors and continue supporting the business as a Strategic Advisor. Pâris founded Ennov in 1999 and helped build the company into a global software provider serving around 650 customers and more than 500,000 users.

Pickeral brings experience across life sciences, healthcare and enterprise technology. Her career includes early work connected to the Human Genome Project, leadership of Amazon Web Services’ Healthcare and Life Sciences partner business, and senior positions at Honeywell. Most recently, she led Honeywell’s Global Software and Connected Life Sciences business and previously served as President and CEO of Sparta Systems, a Honeywell company.

At Ennov, her appointment comes as artificial intelligence becomes increasingly relevant to regulated life sciences workflows. The company plans to expand the use of AI across its platform, including regulatory, quality and clinical processes supported by a unified data environment.

The leadership transition also comes alongside plans to establish a North American delivery and commercial hub while expanding Ennov’s international go-to-market capabilities across Europe and Asia. The company said these priorities build on recent investment from Bregal Sagemount, with participation from Ardian.

Pickeral said her focus will include navigating changes driven by agentic AI, supply-chain realignments and the accelerating pace of research and development. The appointment reflects a wider shift in life sciences technology, where companies are increasingly looking to combine regulatory compliance, data and AI capabilities within connected enterprise workflows.
