Submer, a global leader in AI infrastructure solutions, has announced the acquisition of Radian Arc Operations Pty Ltd, a respected provider of infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) for sovereign, telecom-focused GPU cloud services. This acquisition deepens Submer’s ability to deliver truly full-stack AI compute solutions, spanning from core datacenters to edge-level deployment.
By bringing together Submer’s cloud-native InferX platform an NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) offering launched earlier this year with Radian Arc’s carrier-embedded GPU edge computing technology, the combined entity is positioned to support scalable, low-latency AI workloads across telecom and enterprise networks. With Radian Arc already deployed across more than 70 telecom and edge computing customers globally, the combined footprint now extends across North America, Europe, the UK, India, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region.
The integration aligns Submer’s full-stack cloud strategy by uniting core and edge compute under one platform. Radian Arc’s GPU-dense edge infrastructure is widely used by communication service providers to support applications that require high performance and minimal latency, including cloud gaming and real-time artificial intelligence processing. The technology also supports in-country data processing, preserving data sovereignty and improving operational economics.

“This acquisition of Radian Arc completes our full-stack cloud infrastructure,” said Patrick Smets, CEO at Submer. “Bringing Radian Arc together with InferX, our AI operations and delivery platform, forms a dual-plane, sovereign, telco-focused cloud offering that is highly competitive in today’s AI datacenter market.”
“We have built our platform in close cooperation with our customers and partners, allowing us to develop a powerful model, that demonstrably works at scale,” said David Cook, CEO at Radian Arc. “By joining Submer’s established partner ecosystem, we are now in a position to accelerate delivery of sovereign AI infrastructure faster and with lower latency to telecoms operators worldwide.”
The acquisition brings Submer a diversified portfolio of long-term customers and proven, monetizable use cases already operating in live environments. With this expanded offering, Submer aims to build the next generation of “AI factories” large-scale compute environments that support clients with both core datacenter deployments and edge compute expansion.
Smets added: “Built on ten years of liquid cooling leadership, Submer has evolved into a full-stack AI datacenter provider, fully accountable from chip to operation. Joining forces with the Radian Arc team and their edge compute platform is an exciting next step, further strengthening our position as the single accountable partner for end-to-end AI infrastructure.”
Submer’s Full-Stack Capabilities
Under the combined structure, Submer’s full-stack AI infrastructure includes:
