Second Front Systems (2F), a public-benefit software company committed to advancing mission-critical software delivery, has announced a strategic partnership with Cohere, a security-first enterprise AI leader. This alliance is set to fast-track the deployment of secure, mission-ready AI capabilities across the U.S. Department of Defense and allied government agencies.

Through this partnership, Cohere’s advanced foundation models and enterprise-grade AI tools will be made available via 2F Game Warden, Second Front’s trusted DevSecOps platform. Designed to streamline software accreditation and deployment, Game Warden enables AI capabilities to be delivered swiftly and securely across classified and unclassified government environments—eliminating the traditional compliance hurdles that slow innovation.

“AI can’t impact the mission if it’s stuck behind compliance gates,” said Tyler Sweatt, CEO of Second Front. “This partnership represents a quantum leap in our ability to deploy powerful, compliant AI—delivering transformative capabilities that directly support mission success and empower those who serve our nation.”

By integrating Cohere’s secure AI technologies with Second Front’s accredited infrastructure, the collaboration ensures flexible deployment options—including on-premise, private cloud, and hybrid environments. This flexibility is essential for defense and intelligence applications where speed, security, and adaptability are critical.

“For public sector applications, secure and adaptable AI systems are non-negotiable,” said Dave Ferris, Head of Global Public Sector at Cohere. “We’re excited to partner with Second Front to help enable the transformative potential of AI in defense and security, and enable rapid, efficient, and compliant AI deployment.”

This partnership marks a significant step forward in delivering next-generation AI solutions that meet the stringent demands of national security missions, enhancing operational readiness and accelerating innovation across government sectors.
