Cybersecurity readiness and incident response provider Sygnia has announced a significant expansion of its global security operations. The organization is establishing new Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Security Operations Center (SOC) hubs in Austin, Texas, and Singapore to operate alongside its existing facility in Tel Aviv.
These facilities create a synchronized three-region “follow-the-sun” operating model. This model ensures 24/7 threat monitoring, enhanced global scaling response, and streamlined delivery of services to international enterprise customers.
Alongside its geographical expansion, Sygnia unveiled an expert-led, AI-driven cybersecurity platform. The technological roll-out integrates artificial intelligence automation with human analysis from the firm’s elite cyber teams. The expansion comes in response to rising market demand, marked by a 40 percent year-over-year surge in incident response engagements from the first half of 2025 to the first half of 2026.

“AI is changing the speed and scale of cyber operations, for both attackers and defenders,” said Guy Segal, CEO of Sygnia. “As we expand our global MDR operations and advance our AI-powered services, our goal is to help clients move faster while preserving what has always differentiated Sygnia: elite expertise, trusted client relationships, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in the moments that matter most. Our goal is not to replace expert judgment with AI, but to amplify it across every part of the cyber lifecycle.”
Technical Enhancements to Defense and Response Infrastructure
Sygnia’s updated platform incorporates targeted capabilities to address evolving cyber risks and protect modern corporate infrastructure:
- Adaptive Targeted Threat Containment: This platform provides adaptive response mechanisms that can give security professionals the option of either automating their containment responses or having manual oversight to hasten the process while not compromising control.
- Multi-Factor Incident Detection: The use of AI-based detection is supplemented by human threat hunters to allow organizations to assess and prioritize incidents according to severity levels and other business considerations.
- AI Protection for the Cloud: The enhanced monitoring capability works seamlessly with corporate cloud infrastructures, including AWS Bedrock and related AI data pipelines.
The company is also updating its incident response and proactive security practices with automated workflows. These tools help security analysts evaluate complex environments faster, maintain analytical consistency, and deliver deeper risk intelligence throughout the incident lifecycle.
Global Growth Metrics and Market Expansion
The announcement follows sustained growth across Sygnia’s core operational metrics. The business currently safeguards more than 350 enterprise organizations globally, analyzing over 5 billion daily log entries.
Additionally, recurring revenue for Sygnia’s MDR division expanded by 50 percent year-over-year. The firm continues to grow its presence across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
