The deal creates a combined powerhouse with revenues of INR 20,600M, strengthening capabilities to engineer, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale AI agent ecosystems under a unified, governed platform. Novigo, which has recorded a 44% revenue CAGR over the past three years with 25% EBITDA margin, will continue to be led by its existing management team while integrating with R Systems’ OptimaAI Suite. By bringing together Novigo’s UiPath Diamond-tier automation expertise and Microsoft Copilot Centre of Excellence with R Systems’ AI-driven product engineering, the merged entity positions itself as a global leader in designing and orchestrating next-generation intelligent enterprises. The acquisition also extends R Systems’ delivery presence to Bangalore and Tier 2 cities like Mangalore, while strengthening its market position in the Middle East.
