Looking Ahead to 2025: Major Platform Innovations

Higgins also previewed several significant advancements slated for 2025:

  • Expanded Support for Unstructured Data – New Natural Language Processing (NLP) networks to manage and analyze unstructured data across multiple languages.
  • Contextual Insights from Internal Documents – Integrating unstructured data from intelligence reports, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), and news content.
  • Efficient LLM Performance – Utilizing fine-tuning and refinement techniques to enhance large language models (LLMs) with localized efficiency.
  • Enhanced Workflow and Case Management – Introducing streamlined workflows to improve decision-making, increase collaboration, and enhance auditability across critical business processes such as data surveillance, suspicious activity reporting (SAR), and claims processing.

Quantexa is modernizing data management by transitioning from traditional methods to a contextual fabric approach. This shift enables:

Quantexa reinforced its leadership in AI-driven decision intelligence with two major announcements:

  • Q Assist – A suite of context-aware generative AI solutions designed to democratize access to trusted data, enhance decision-making, and provide real-time insights to frontline teams. Early Access launches in April 2025.
  • Quantexa Cloud – A suite of native SaaS industry solutions, including Quantexa Cloud AML on Microsoft Azure, now available for Customer Preview. Developed in collaboration with mid-sized and community banks in the US, this solution accelerates anti-money laundering (AML) workflows and enhances compliance processes.

Jamie Hutton, Quantexa’s Chief Technology Officer, showcased a live demonstration illustrating how the platform is transforming financial crime detection by consolidating disparate data into actionable intelligence.

Strengthening Strategic Alliances

Quantexa also underscored its expanding partnership with Microsoft, which has resulted in pioneering industry solutions within the Azure Marketplace. Key developments include:

  • Quantexa Unify Workload for Microsoft Fabric – A solution designed to improve data quality and break down silos within a unified, scalable platform.
  • Customer Success Stories – Organizations such as HSBC, Novobanco, and RSA are leveraging Quantexa and Microsoft technologies to accelerate their data and AI transformation journeys.

Introducing Q Labs: Accelerating Innovation

Quantexa officially launched Q Labs, a dedicated hub for driving innovation from concept to commercialization. Q Labs is focused on exploring emerging technologies, accelerating product development, and solving complex customer challenges.

Among its initiatives, Q Labs is spearheading:
