Prabhat has held Chief Audit Executive and senior leadership roles at companies like Revlon Inc., Canon USA Inc., and Leviton Manufacturing Company.
His expertise spans Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Technology, and Retail industries, making him an asset as he helps konaAI’s clients integrate continuous controls monitoring and AI-driven insights to strengthen internal audit and SOX processes. Prabhat has a proven track record in digital audit transformation, SOX compliance acceleration, and integrating strategic data analytics with ERP systems.
Beyond his professional achievements, Prabhat is involved with the Long Island Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and serves on the Internal Audit Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs. As a licensed CPA and Chartered Accountant (India), he brings both U.S. and international experience to konaAI.
