Carden draws on over 40 years of leadership experience, including CEO roles in software automation, co-founding successful companies such as Pixel Innovations and OpenSpan. His thought leadership and hands-on experiences uniquely qualifies him to provide perspective and pragmatic counsel to HFS Research clients across application development, user interface optimization, productivity gains, customer experience utilizing low-code platforms, robotic process automation, AI, cloud, and beyond.

Carden will also oversee the HFS Hot Tech initiative and the HFS Tech Provider program. This will involve cultivating relationships with technology leaders and leading transformation engagements.
