LogicMonitor, the leading SaaS-based hybrid observability platform powered by AI, has been named a winner of Inc.’s Power Partner Awards. LogicMonitor was selected in the Cloud Computing/SaaS category as the awards honor B2B organizations across the globe that have proven track records supporting entrepreneurs and helping startups grow. The list recognizes firms across 35 categories of business.

LogicMonitor received top marks from clients for being instrumental in helping leadership navigate the dynamic world of startups. These B2B partners support entrepreneurs across various facets of the business, including hiring, compliance, infrastructure development, cloud migration, fundraising, etc., allowing founders to focus on their core missions.

“We truly strive to embody this award’s mission of helping companies do their best and be great. Anyone can be a vendor, but we are deeply focused on being strategic partners to our customers. As a strategic partner we work on shared values, benefits and risks together,” said Christina Kosmowski, CEO of LogicMonitor. “This means that our teams are heavily invested in helping customers grow their business and career value within their own organizations – to be great. We’re especially honored to be recognized in this way.”

Customers like Loyola University of Maryland contributed to LogicMonitor’s winning submission.  “With consolidation, the big benefit is for multiple teams to have consistent visibility across a range of technical infrastructure. When we have to talk to each other, we’re now comparing apples to apples because LogicMonitor is giving us consistent metrics for reference points,” said Senior Systems Engineer Mike Dieter. “Using LM Envision, LogicMonitor’s platform, is a very tangible return on our investments.”

The County of Henrico was happy to sing LogicMonitor‘s praises to Inc., as well. The county has seen an estimated 90% reduction in alert noise since starting with the company. Robert Aungst, who oversees the Network Infrastructure teams for Henrico said, “For me, it’s no extraneous alerts. That’s the biggest thing, getting the alerts down to only stuff that’s actionable is fantastic. You can’t ask for anything better than that.”

“Trusted B2B partners provide guidance and expertise that founders rely on at various steps of their organization’s journey. Partners that possess a demonstrated ability to deliver quality support are at the core of entrepreneurship and help bring big ideas to life,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. Business Media.
