This strategic acquisition enhances SYSPRO’s smart manufacturing capabilities and aligns with its commitment to deliver industry-specific, integrated solutions that help manufacturers and distributors accelerate time-to-value and simplify operations on a global scale.
riteSOFT, known for its flagship product riteSCAN, brings nearly two decades of industry expertise and a loyal customer base. riteSCAN—a ready-to-deploy warehouse management solution designed specifically for SYSPRO’s Digital Manufacturing Suite—has been central to the long-standing partnership between the two companies. By fully integrating riteSOFT’s automation tools into the SYSPRO ecosystem, the acquisition aims to streamline the customer experience and boost operational agility.
With this integration, SYSPRO customers will benefit from a unified solution stack and synchronized product roadmaps, enhancing both operational efficiency and deployment speed. riteSOFT’s functionality will now be accessible globally as a fully embedded component of SYSPRO’s ERP platform, offering greater value with reduced complexity.
