Inkeep, a leading provider of AI-driven solutions for customer-facing teams, has announced the successful closure of a $13 million seed funding round. The investment was led by Khosla Ventures, GreatPoint Ventures, and Y Combinator, with participation from notable industry leaders including Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dan Pinto (CEO of Fingerprint), Colin Sidoti (CEO of Clerk), Rowan Brewer (Founder of Paymentology), Eli Brown (Founder of Guilded), Coho VC, and Myelin VC.
The funding will enable Inkeep to further its mission of empowering customer support, success, product, and content teams by providing them with AI agents that enhance efficiency and customer experience. Inkeep’s platform allows teams to create and collaborate with AI agents through a no-code visual builder or, for developers, via an advanced SDK. This flexibility ensures that both technical and non-technical users can leverage AI to improve their workflows.

Inkeep’s AI agents are designed to be transparent and trustworthy, openly acknowledging when they lack information and ensuring that all interactions are auditable. This approach allows teams to maintain high standards of customer service while integrating AI into their operations.
Companies such as Anthropic, Midjourney, Pinecone, Clay, PostHog, and Solana are already utilizing Inkeep’s platform to enhance their customer-facing teams’ capabilities. With the new funding, Inkeep aims to expand its reach and continue developing innovative solutions that bridge the gap between AI technology and human-centered customer service.
