Jeter announced his appointment on LinkedIn, highlighting Abnormal AI’s approach to identifying unusual behavior to detect and prevent sophisticated cyberattacks. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s global marketing organization and report directly to Founder and CEO Evan Reiser.

Jeter joins Abnormal AI from Torq, where he served as CMO and built the company’s brand through bold marketing campaigns. His previous experience includes senior marketing positions at Symantec and Veritas Technologies. He also led global marketing at Pax8 during a period when the company grew from $5 million to $1 billion in annual recurring revenue.

The appointment comes as Abnormal AI expands beyond its established email security business. Its platform currently protects more than 5,000 organizations, including 30% of the Fortune 500.

Organizations must address not only conventional threats but also risks associated with AI-driven attacks, compromised identities, and unexpected activity across human and AI systems.

With his experience in scaling technology brands and developing distinctive B2B marketing strategies, Jeter will play an important role in communicating the company’s behavioral AI approach to a broader global audience.
