C5i has appointed Krishnan Venkata as President and Chief Operating Officer, adding an experienced technology and business leader as the AI and data analytics industry moves from experimentation toward large-scale enterprise adoption. Venkata assumed the role on August 20, 2026.
Venkata brings more than two decades of experience across technology, data, analytics, AI, and knowledge services. Before joining C5i, he served as Chief Client Officer at LatentView Analytics, where he worked with enterprise organizations and focused on client relationships and business growth.
In his new role, Venkata will lead client relationships, sales, account management, and partnerships across the Americas and Europe, while also overseeing C5i’s operations. His responsibilities bring commercial leadership and operational execution together at a time when enterprises are increasingly evaluating how AI can translate into measurable business outcomes.

The appointment comes amid a broader shift in enterprise AI. Companies are moving beyond early pilots and asking how AI can be integrated into business processes at scale. This is creating demand for a combination of strategic consulting, data expertise, technical capabilities, AI solutions, and the operational infrastructure needed to deploy them effectively.
C5i has expanded its capabilities and global presence in recent years, including through acquisitions of Analytic Edge and Datavid. The company says these additions have strengthened its horizontal and industry-specific capabilities as organizations increasingly seek integrated approaches to AI and analytics.
The changing AI landscape is also influencing what enterprise clients expect from technology partners. Rather than evaluating AI based solely on model capabilities or experimentation, businesses are increasingly focused on questions around implementation, scalability, integration, and measurable impact.
Venkata’s background in building client relationships and translating technology and analytics capabilities into business solutions aligns with this changing environment. His role will involve bringing together C5i‘s consulting, analytical, technical, and AI capabilities while supporting operations across key international markets.
