Komodo Health and Alnylam Expand Strategic Partnership to Scale AI-Driven Life Sciences Analytics

Komodo Health®, a prominent provider of AI-driven healthcare intelligence, has announced an expanded strategic partnership with Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, a leading RNAi therapeutics company. The multi-year agreement scales Marmot™, Komodo’s advanced healthcare analytics platform, across core business units at Alnylam to establish a unified system for data-driven corporate decision-making.

Built directly upon the Healthcare Map® which offers a comprehensive view of more than 330 million longitudinal, de-identified patient journeys Marmot replaces disjointed data tools and static reporting with reproducible, real-time healthcare insights. Alnylam originally adopted the analytics infrastructure as an early user following its launch in August 2025, deploying customized AI agents tailored specifically for its commercial operations.

The expanded agreement rolls out Marmot across Alnylam’s entire customer-facing framework and broader corporate functions. This creates an interconnected foundation intended to accelerate operational agility and standardize analytics capabilities across the enterprise.

“Alnylam’s ability to create meaningful impact is built on breakthrough science, strong execution, and an unwavering commitment to patients,” said Tolga Tanguler, Chief Commercial Officer at Alnylam. “This new capability strengthens our ability to connect insight into action, helping us scale more effectively, accelerate decision-making, and continue delivering sustainable growth while maintaining our focus on patients.”

Since the initial rollout, the collaboration has focused on integrating varied enterprise datasets to eliminate disconnected dashboards and reduce complex data reporting cycles from months down to hours. The automated workflows enable field and corporate teams to swiftly extract and implement complex operational intelligence. Moving forward, Marmot will support Alnylam’s broader strategic, operational, and patient care initiatives.

Such an initiative reflects a rising trend in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, whereby businesses are advancing beyond the early stages of piloting AI to the stage of implementing enterprise-wide intelligence. The need for such an approach is driven by the inadequacy of traditional analytics systems through the emphasis on constant data delivery.

“We’re moving from a world where every team operates from its own reports and analyses to one where an entire enterprise sees the same reality in real time and can act on it,” said Arif Nathoo, MD, CEO and Co-Founder of Komodo Health. “Marmot is not only a productivity improvement; it’s a new operating model. Alnylam is demonstrating what becomes possible when AI evolves into an intelligence layer that powers how an organization runs.”

Alongside the establishment of these partnerships, Komodo Health released a number of new functionalities to support the Marmot platform. This suite of technical improvements is designed to increase access to advanced healthcare analytics to a wide variety of users, including corporate executives and market analysts, as well as data scientists and quantitative analysts. The functionality serves to increase reproducibility of historical datasets and verify their authenticity faster.

“The organizations seeing the greatest value from AI aren’t simply generating insights faster; they’re embedding trusted intelligence directly into the workflows that drive critical decisions,” said Amit Sangani, Chief Technology Officer at Komodo. “These new capabilities are designed to help organizations move beyond experimentation and build AI into the core processes that drive the enterprise, without sacrificing the scientific rigor healthcare demands.”
