Establishing FPT as an AI Frontier Enterprise
Under the terms of this expanded agreement, FPT will collaborate with Microsoft under the designation of an AI Frontier Company. Within this operational model, organizations are structured as human-led and agent-operated systems, seamlessly embedding autonomous AI agents into daily enterprise workflows and core business processes. Concurrently, FPT will gain early access to Microsoft’s next-generation AI pipelines, fostering joint development around generative and agentic AI architectures, reference models, and scalable industry-specific demonstrations.
Supported by a global workforce of 30,000 AI-augmented engineers, FPT continues to prioritize Microsoft’s corporate platforms for its internal digital evolution, focusing heavily on Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot. As part of this internal roadmap, the corporation aims to train and equip up to 20,000 of its software developers with advanced agentic programming capabilities over the next three years.
