A pioneer in the area of organizational change based on Artificial Intelligence solutions, Globant has recently been named an Autodesk Tandem Digital Twin Solution Provider. With a partnership history that spans more than 15 years with Autodesk, this new step comes as part of a larger plan to drive the adoption of digital twin technology around the world in airports, manufacturing plants, logistics facilities, and cities.
As part of their joint effort, Globant will support the implementation of Autodesk Tandem through end-to-end implementation, integration of enterprise systems, and data enablement for operations. All of this will be done using the Autodesk Tandem Cloud Platform, under the guidance of the Digital Twins Practice at Globant. This practice specializes in building the necessary infrastructure to enable “Physical AI,” or the connection between physical objects and intelligent, automated operational systems.
The synergy resulting from the combination of architectural design data and live management systems allows the companies to leverage real-world asset intelligence.
These services are seeing a great deal of demand. The world’s digital twin market is expected to grow from US$21.14 billion in 2025 to US$149.81 billion by 2030 (MarketsandMarkets, 2025). This shows how large-scale industries are moving towards AI-powered asset management systems. Globant and Autodesk Tandem have emerged as leaders in this domain, which allows them to make decisions based on their design and operational data.
“The true value of a digital twin lies in the transition from a digital hub to a predictive engine. By combining Autodesk Tandem’s visualization with Globant’s integration expertise, we are setting a new operational standard for industries that, until now, couldn’t fully harness the power of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology,” said Kevin Janzen, CEO of Globant’s Gaming & EdTech AI Studio.

The partnership aims to push digital twin utility past the initial construction phase and into the long-term lifecycle of manufacturing and logistics. Globant’s Digital Twins Practice is prioritizing sectors with high operational complexity, including Life Sciences, Healthcare, Energy, and Retail. Together, the firms will modernize facilities such as international airports and industrial plants through high-fidelity digital replicas.
“Leveraging Globant’s Digital Twins Practice means we can support Tandem customers with digital twin prerequisites and provide customers a way to outsource twin building and twin connecting to a trusted partner,” said Hayli Hay, Director of Digital Twin Partnerships at Autodesk. “With Globant’s support, we’ll be able to empower companies to leverage Autodesk Tandem and Tandem Connect for digital transformation.”
Globant’s extensive history with Autodesk provides a solid foundation for this expansion. Over the last decade and a half, the two companies have collaborated on engineering and product innovation across global markets.
“Over the past 15 years, Globant and Autodesk have built a strong partnership supporting critical engineering and product priorities across key business units and global markets. Today, we are accelerating that collaboration through AI-driven delivery models that increase productivity and speed innovation at scale. We see significant opportunities ahead to expand our joint impact, including driving adoption of strategic solutions like Tandem and growing market share together,” said Felipe Miranda, CEO of Globant’s High Tech Studio.
Looking at the remainder of 2026, there are plans from Globant for several proofs-of-concept implementations. This is meant to showcase further the capabilities of Physical AI solutions to successfully combine real-life information with intelligent decision models.
