ClickHouse, a leading provider of one of the most powerful real-time analytics databases, launches their highly efficient and performance-packed native postgres offering directly integrated into their ClickHouse Cloud platform, pushing forward their vision for a data stack for modernbservice- and AI-grade application development and deployment. Designed and co-created in collaboration with leading postgres and cloud-native specialists at Ubicloud, clients will have ready access to highly efficient and comprehensive postgres managed services offering NVMe storage and synchronization between postgres-based transacting systems and the highly powerful ClickHouse-based analytics systems to developers aiming to create seamless application deployment for users moving between OLTP and OLAP functionality. This new launch further testifies the company’s focus on delivering complex data infrastructures in a unified way that can cater easily to AI-based applications. Thousands of enterprises are relying on the company’s separate Postgres or ClickHouse infrastructures. This new service is aimed at delivering all that on a single platform that can provide dramatic speedup—up to 100 times faster—on their analytics while reducing architectural complexity. This is a key step towards the open source culture that the partnering company, Ubicloud, also promotes through their experience with other popular open source organizations like Citus Data, Heroku, or Microsoft. This new Postgres native-based service is now being offered in private preview, enabling developers like you or any organization to access the new application development capabilities that are demanding the real-time response capabilities that are easily facilitated via AI-based applications.
