Christian Martinez Joins as US Country Director to Drive Growth and Innovation in AI and WhatsApp Conversational Solutions for Business

Botmaker, the leading chatbot platform with generative AI, announced the addition of Christian Martinez to its management team. As National and Commercial Director in the US, Martinez brings extensive technology, sales and distribution experience to Botmaker’s expansion into North America.

Botmaker is an established company in Latin America and is expanding its presence in the US market with operations led by Christian from offices in Miami, Florida . This strategic decision strengthens Botmaker’s global presence, which has clients in 65 countries. Prior to joining Botmaker, Martinez held several leadership positions, including Southeast Regional President at Compass, where he led initiatives to modernize the real estate sector, and at Meta as Director of Multicultural Solutions and National and Commercial Director for Mexico.

“Christian’s track record of success at large technology companies, as well as startups , make him the ideal candidate to guide our growth plans,” said Ale Zuzenberg, co-founder and CEO of Botmaker. “We look forward to working closely with him to serve our customers in the US and bring our platform to thousands of businesses.”

As National Director of Botmaker in the US, Martinez will oversee operations and sales initiatives, driving the mission of delivering generative AI solutions for large and mid-sized businesses. Botmaker specializes in AI for sales, marketing and human resources. The company is an official Meta BSP (Business Solutions Provider), also known as a WhatsApp Solutions Provider.

  2. Customer service automation: efficiency of operations with AI to offer fast and effective responses.
  3. Solutions for companies:  automation of processes and internal communications for companies, improving efficiency and employee commitment.

Botmaker’s omnichannel platform supports a wide range of chat platforms, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messaging, Apple Messages for Business, Google Business Messages, SMS, email, Telegram, and phone and voice chat. This versatility allows companies to interact with customers through their preferred communication channels.

Martinez brings extensive experience across traditional, digital, programmatic, mobile and e-commerce sectors, making him uniquely positioned to drive Botmaker‘s expansion. “We have barely explored the potential of conversational solutions with AI and I believe the future of e-commerce will be driven by our technologies,” Martinez said. “I am delighted to join Ale and his team in helping businesses achieve new levels of success.”
