The AI Renewals Agent is designed to revolutionize the renewal proposal process at Cisco by integrating data from over 50 sources, both structured and unstructured. The agent offers real-time sentiment analysis, personalized recommendations, intelligent automation, and advanced insights, all aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer outcomes.

By automating routine tasks and optimizing workflows, the AI Renewals Agent empowers Cisco teams to focus on high-priority strategic initiatives and customer interactions. This innovation boosts customer satisfaction, strengthens retention, and fosters growth. Built on a custom AI model, the solution operates on-premises, ensuring the highest levels of data security, privacy, and compliance. Furthermore, the system supports performance tuning and cost optimization. It is anticipated that the AI Renewals Agent will reduce the time spent on creating renewal proposals and preparing for customer engagements by up to 20%, with even greater efficiency gains expected as the agent evolves and automates additional workflows.
