Amplify Platform, a prominent developer of enterprise growth technology built on a native AI data lake, has officially rolled out its novel Custody Command Layer. Designed as a fully integrated platform solution, this new system caters specifically to independent registered investment advisor (RIA) firms, financial enterprises, and wealth management networks.
The launch features a strategic integration with Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions (“GSCS”). Through this combined ecosystem, larger independent RIAs can aggressively scale their service delivery, optimize complex operations, and protect their distinct brand identity and business independence. The solution blends the robust custody account opening functionalities of GSCS directly into Amplify’s AI-native data lake architecture to ensure uninterrupted, real-time asset data flows.
“We built the Custody Command Layer to be capable of delivering same-day accounts, real-time data and no reconciliation. Our Custody Command Layer’s integration with GSCS demonstrates what’s possible when Goldman Sachs’ custody and Amplify’s technology are brought together,” said Aaron Brodt, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amplify.\

Core Structural Features of the Custody Command Layer
The integration introduces substantial shifts to standard advisor operations:
- Unified Operational Custody Ecosystem: Advisors have the ability to engage the Custody Command Layer with one simple click. From beginning account set up and funding all the way through to trading and managing portfolios, critical custodial processes occur naturally within a single ecosystem. The platform solves longstanding data silo problems by combining client custody, asset management, advisor billing, and workflow operations into a single center.
- Core Institutional Architecture: Leveraging the underlying API-first foundation and onboarding technology of the GSCS, the platform provides the high level of security and transaction transparency that are demanded of leading international financial institutions. This deep technical integration gives independent firms the ability to dramatically speed up the client onboarding process by efficiently setting up and funding accounts.
“This collaboration brings an integrated custody and data experience to RIAs, empowering Amplify’s advisors, clients, and operations teams to continue to scale,” said Jeremy Eisenstein, Managing Director, Head of Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions.
“Advisors today want independence supported by institutional strength,” said Ron Shurts, co-founder of Amplify. “By embedding Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions directly into Amplify’s AI-native platform, this collaboration empowers firms to scale with the confidence, efficiency, and precision that define their brand reputation.”
