Groq, a leading innovator in AI inference, announced that it has raised $750 million in new financing, bringing its post-money valuation to $6.9 billion. The funding round was led by Disruptive, with substantial investments from Blackrock, Neuberger Berman, Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners, and a major US-based West Coast mutual fund manager. Additional support came from returning investors, including Samsung, Cisco, D1, Altimeter, 1789 Capital, and Infinitum.
Groq delivers fast, affordable compute to over two million developers and Fortune 500 companies worldwide. The company is expanding its global footprint, enhancing existing data centers across North America, Europe, and the Middle East to meet growing demand for high-performance AI infrastructure.

The company’s growth aligns with recent U.S. policy initiatives, including a White House executive order promoting the export of the American AI Technology Stack. Groq’s American-built inference infrastructure is now a cornerstone for developers and enterprises globally, facilitating faster, more efficient AI deployments.
Disruptive, a Dallas-based growth investment firm, has a history of backing transformative companies such as Palantir, Airbnb, Spotify, Shield AI, Hims, Databricks, Stripe, and Slack, along with other leaders in AI and adjacent industries. The firm has invested nearly $350 million in Groq to date.
