The enhanced security operations center (SOC) delivers around-the-clock threat detection, isolation, and remediation across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
At the core of this advancement is the Rackspace AI Security Engine (RAISE), designed to address critical skills and resource gaps by combining human expertise with AI-driven precision. RAISE applies advanced signal processing, uncovers hidden threat patterns often overlooked by conventional tools, and provides actionable remediation recommendations through real-time trend analysis. Each event is enriched with valuable context including root cause, attack vectors, and triage suggestions empowering Rackspace SOC engineers to respond with greater speed and accuracy.
