The appointment comes as partnerships become increasingly important in the technology industry. For large technology organizations, managing these relationships involves more than traditional sales activities. Partner programs increasingly require coordination between product teams, sales organizations, marketing groups, operations, and executive leadership. This makes roles focused on strategy and alignment particularly relevant as technology ecosystems become more complex.
