SCG has appointed Tim Dietrich as its first Head of AI, strengthening its strategy to integrate artificial intelligence into enterprise systems and help businesses achieve measurable operational improvements.
SCG (SaaS Consulting Group), a business transformation partner serving mid-market and private equity-backed companies, has announced the appointment of Tim Dietrich as its first Head of AI. The newly created global role will focus on expanding AI-powered solutions across Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, data management, and integration services.
Dietrich brings extensive experience in NetSuite data architecture, SuiteQL, and connecting AI platforms with enterprise applications. He has developed tools for the NetSuite ecosystem, including the SuiteQL Query Tool, SuiteAPI, and SuiteQL Query Library. His work also explores practical approaches to connecting AI systems with business data and developing AI agents.
At SCG, Dietrich will lead the development of AI-enabled solutions designed to help businesses move beyond experimentation and integrate AI into everyday operations. The focus includes financial management, revenue operations, and other business workflows where automation and improved data visibility can deliver measurable value.

Founded in 2011, SCG helps organizations connect the systems, processes, and data that support Lead-to-Cash and Record-to-Report operations. The company aims to build on this foundation by embedding AI into existing enterprise workflows rather than treating it as a standalone technology.
As businesses increasingly explore AI agents and intelligent automation, connecting AI with reliable enterprise data has become a critical challenge. Organizations must also address system integration, data access, and governance to ensure these technologies operate effectively.
Dietrich’s appointment reflects SCG‘s focus on helping clients translate AI potential into practical business outcomes. By combining enterprise application expertise with AI development, the company aims to improve operational efficiency, strengthen business visibility, and support growth.
The move also creates opportunities for private equity-backed companies seeking to apply AI-driven operational improvements across their portfolios.
