At the enterprise level, some organizations with significant resources are working closely with public cloud vendors to build private cloud environments tailored to their needs. However, for the other 5000+SMBs, the promise of AI often feels out of reach.

How does AIcurate mitigate the cloud-based AI security vulnerabilities that make enterprises wary?

AIcurate brings the power of Generative AI, including LLMs and agentic workflows, securely behind the enterprise firewall. By fine-tuning LLMs and deploying them on-premise, AIcurate ensures that sensitive data never leaves the organization while providing similar or better responses and results to the enterprise users. This approach eliminates the risk of proprietary information being exposed to public cloud environments or used to train third-party models. Enterprises can confidently adopt AIcurate to boost employee productivity and increase competitive edge without compromising data privacy or intellectual property.

What specific hardware and software innovations make enterprise-grade on-prem AI feasible today?

AIcurate was developed with a focus on needs, emphasizing usability, flexibility, and performance. Its intuitive software interface is designed for users of all technical backgrounds—if someone can upload a document to Google Drive and perform a basic web search, they can easily use AIcurate. The platform incorporates fine-tuned large language models (LLMs) and API access to multiple models, ensuring organizations can adopt the AI technology that best fits their needs without being locked into one specific solution. AIcurate also features customizable workflow cards which is based on Iterate.ai’s no-code Interplay platform, enable enterprises to design and deploy tailored AI-driven processes with minimal effort. On the hardware side, ASA Computers collaborated with Dell Technologies using “right-sized” GPUs to balance performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. This integration of software and hardware delivers a comprehensive, turnkey platform engineered to make on-prem AI secure, scalable, and simple to deploy thus empowering enterprises to embrace AI with confidence.

How do you see the performance gap between on-prem and cloud AI changing over the next few years?

The majority of AI deployments today are driven by the “Big 7” cloud providers and are largely consumer-focused. At the enterprise level, some organizations with significant resources are working closely with public cloud vendors to build private cloud environments tailored to their needs. However, for the other 5000+SMBs, the promise of AI often feels out of reach. Many have no idea on where to start and are hesitant to commit any budget without a clear path to ROI. This is where AIcurate plays a crucial role. By utilizing latest LLM technologies and RAG (retrieval augmented generation) to on-premise environments, AIcurate allows enterprises to harness the power of AI using the data they already have, safely behind their own firewalls. This approach provides enterprise-grade AI capabilities without the complexity, cost, or data security concerns of the public cloud. Over time, as on-prem AI solutions like AIcurate become more efficient and accessible, the gap between on-prem and cloud will continue to narrow.

What made Iterate.ai the right partner to develop AIcurate with?

ASA Computers/Racklive searched for an innovative technology partner that could help bring powerful AI capabilities to enterprises without requiring deep technical expertise to deploy or operate. We found that ideal partner in Iterate.ai. What set Iterate.ai apart wasn’t just ease of deployment, it was a strategic alignment. Their technology matched the evolving needs of ASA’s customers across sectors such as retail, finance, local government, healthcare, and small to mid-sized enterprises. Together, ASA Computers and Iterate.ai are able to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent AI solutions that drive real business outcomes – quickly, intuitively, and across industries.

For example, in legal and compliance, AIcurate accelerates retrieval of legal documents and case law, reducing search time by up to 16×. In healthcare and life sciences, it enables faster identification of clinical research and data analysis, improving risk and compliance workflows by 4×. In finance and banking, it enhances the speed and accuracy of sales forecasts and market analysis, delivering a 12× improvement in data efficiency. Across enterprise sectors, AIcurate improves business communication through automated summarization of white papers, financial projections, and strategic documents.

How does AIcurate help organizations prepare for future AI regulations, especially around data residency, auditability, and model transparency?

AIcurate was designed from day one with regulatory readiness in mind, addressing critical concerns like data sovereignty, privacy, and security. By keeping all enterprise data on-premise or within a private cloud through AIcurate, enterprise users have full control over where data resides and how it is used. To further enhance trust, AIcurate incorporates an optional validation layer that allows users to cross-check responses using IBM Watson, adding an extra level of confidence in the system’s accuracy.

In terms of model transparency, AIcurate offers both a proprietary LLM and the flexibility for users to connect to multiple third-party LLMs via their own access keys. This approach avoids vendor lock-in and gives organizations the freedom to evaluate, test, and adopt the model that best fits their needs, all while maintaining transparency and control over their AI infrastructure.

What level of internal expertise is needed to deploy and manage AIcurate, and how does it help companies with limited AI engineering talent succeed with on-prem AI?

One of the key advantages of the AIcurate appliance is its simplicity and speed, making enterprise AI adoption seamless, especially for small to mid-sized businesses. The appliance arrives fully configured, with optimized hardware and preloaded software, allowing deployment to be as simple as plug and play where no in-house AI expertise is required.

ASA Computers’ support team provides assistance with initial setup, including configuring access controls and permissions through a clean, user-friendly interface. Additionally, ASA has partnered with data preparation experts to help customers prep and structure their information for AI readiness, ensuring a smooth and effective deployment from day one.
