Socure Closes the Digital Identity Gap with AI-Driven ‘Remote Verifier’

Socure, a leader in global digital identity trust infrastructure, has launched Remote Verifier within its RiskOS platform to enable organizations to accurately achieve 100% identity verification. While Socure’s AI-layered framework already instantly verifies over 99% of consumers using passive and active signals, Remote Verifier seamlessly addresses the remaining portion fewer than 1% of users who fail initial screening, opt out of automated systems, or require manual validation. Instead of making individuals wait long hours or using simple video methods, this single platform gives all live representatives access to complete information about the customer, such as uploaded documents, risk information in real time, and session-based fraud information, so that approval can be done easily.

Although this is a tool that can be used in any enterprise domain, it has been tailored specifically for public sector use against fraud. Launching in partnership with federal systems modernizer Allocore, the integration builds an advanced IAL2-compliant environment for government grant and loan operations. Commenting on the launch, Jordan Burris, Head of Public Sector at Socure, noted, “Socure’s new Remote Verifier gives human reviewers the data and insights needed to make high-confidence identity decisions while limiting the friction felt by individuals accessing critical government services,” while adding that the solution ensures agents are “operating with the full context of Socure’s AI-driven fraud detection and identity intelligence.” Ultimately, this unified workflow mitigates compliance gaps and replaces fragmented, high-friction, call-center, or in-person verification processes with an efficient, single-pane management dashboard.
