Less than 12 months from its initial launch, more than 40% of Medallia’s top 300 enterprise customers representing over $200 million in software ACV have enabled these features, including six of the top ten global hospitality brands. Natively embedded within existing operational infrastructure to ensure secure, compliant deployment, the platform is yielding significant productivity gains, including up to 80% annual time savings for teams using Smart Response, 400% time savings via Intelligent Summaries, and a 5x acceleration in topic discovery with Smart Topic Builder.
