Riverbed has significantly upgraded its observability platform by integrating advanced AI capabilities—including predictive, agentic, and generative AI—and introducing new data observability modules. The enhanced Riverbed Platform now offers full-stack, full-fidelity observability across enterprise IT environments. Key components include the patented Riverbed Data Store, designed to intelligently collect and surface relevant data, and Riverbed IQ Ops, which applies advanced AI to automate tasks and prevent issues before they impact users. A notable addition is Riverbed IQ Assist™, a generative AI feature that provides instant, context-rich insights, graphically surfacing root causes and suggesting remediations.
