Palo Alto Networks and Deutsche Telekom Launch Sovereign Cortex with T Security to Bring AI-Driven Cybersecurity to Regulated European Industries

The collaboration between the world’s leading AI cybersecurity company, Palo Alto Networks, and the European leader in digital telecommunications, Deutsche Telekom, is pleased to announce the launch of their Sovereign Cortex with T Security. The new platform will allow delivering AI-powered security operations to the most tightly regulated industry verticals in Europe, initially targeting players in healthcare, public service, financial services, and critical national infrastructure industries. This solution delivers the full capabilities of Palo Alto Networks’ Cortex platform, backed by independent data sovereignty controls comprehensively governed by Deutsche Telekom as the trusted European anchor. The environment provides verifiable security measures across all layers including customer telemetry data, encryption keys, and independently audited access logs while ensuring that all support personnel reside exclusively in Europe under European contractual laws.

Validating the collaborative initiative, Helmut Reisinger, CEO of EMEA at Palo Alto Networks, stated, “European organisations from public authorities to critical infrastructure operators have been clear with us: they need real time AI-driven security and they need verifiable data sovereignty controls, and they should not have to choose between them.” Reinforcing this milestone, Thomas Tschersich, CEO of Deutsche Telekom Security GmbH and CSO of Deutsche Telekom AG, stated: “Our joint offering is currently unique in Europe at this level of quality.
