ClickHouse has successfully closed a $400 million Series D financing round led by Dragoneer Investment Group, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, GIC, Index Ventures, Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates and WCM Investment Management, following accelerated growth in its real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability and AI/ML offerings and serving more than 3,000 customers on ClickHouse Cloud with annual recurring revenue up over 250 percent year-over-year. Building on this momentum, ClickHouse also announced its acquisition of Langfuse, an open-source LLM observability platform, and introduced a native Postgres service designed to unify transactional and analytical workloads, positioning the company to support a broader set of AI-driven workloads; “ClickHouse was built to deliver exceptional performance and cost efficiency for the most demanding data workloads, and this momentum validates that strategy,” said Aaron Katz, CEO of ClickHouse, adding that the expanded platform will enable developers to “build any type of applications powered by AI on the best technical foundation” and provide LLM observability so builders can evaluate AI outputs as they enter production.

In addition to funding and strategic acquisitions, ClickHouse continues to expand globally and enrich its product portfolio, with integrations such as a unified data stack featuring high-performance Postgres and enhanced analytics, aimed at simplifying operations for enterprise AI applications and strengthening its competitive edge in real-time analytics and AI infrastructure.
