Acer has introduced the Veriton GN100 AI Mini Workstation, a compact yet powerful solution designed to support large AI model workflows while giving users the ability to run them locally rather than relying solely on cloud infrastructure. The system is pre-loaded with the NVIDIA AI software stack, including widely used tools such as PyTorch, Jupyter, and Ollama, making it easier for professionals across industries to adopt and scale AI. Acer highlighted that “developers, researchers, data scientists, and students can leverage common frameworks and tools … to prototype, fine-tune, test, and deploy large language models locally or seamlessly scale out to any accelerated cloud or data center infrastructure.” The workstation’s small form factor ensures it can be deployed in a variety of environments, from research labs and classrooms to enterprise offices, while still delivering enterprise-grade capabilities.

In addition to supporting individual users, the Veriton GN100 can be paired with another unit to scale up for demanding AI models, making it a flexible option for organizations with evolving AI needs. By combining portability with advanced AI readiness, Acer is positioning the workstation as a cost-effective alternative to larger infrastructure investments, while still providing the scalability needed for breakthrough projects. The Veriton GN100 will be available in North America for USD 3,999, in EMEA for EUR 3,999, and in Australia for AUD 6,499, with exact rollout schedules varying by region. With this launch, Acer underscores its commitment to bringing high-performance AI computing within reach of a wider audience, bridging the gap between individual innovators and enterprise-scale deployments.
