Trellix, the company delivering the future of AI-powered cybersecurity, announced Natalie Polson has joined Trellix as chief revenue officer (CRO). In this role, Polson will oversee Trellix’s global sales organization, spearhead go-to-market strategies, and play a critical role in driving the company’s next phase of revenue growth. She will also join Trellix’s executive leadership team, reporting directly to CEO Vishal Rao.

Polson joins Trellix with more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, driving large-scale commercial transformations and growth across private equity-backed and public enterprise, cloud, and cybersecurity organizations. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as Trellix continues to expand its market footprint and advance innovation within its AI-powered Trellix Security Platform.

“Natalie brings immense global sales experience to Trellix, and our team, partners, and customers will benefit from her data-driven and people-first mindset,” said Vishal Rao, CEO, Trellix. “Her deep focus on delivering customer value while scaling growth will shape continued transformation and bring new energy to how we serve the market.”

There, she successfully led a $1 billion revenue carve-out, executing a major global transformation initiative. Her work included building and managing a high-performing multinational sales and channel organization, aligning product, marketing, and revenue functions, and expanding a robust partner ecosystem that supported a global customer base of 35,000 organizations.

“With a powerful portfolio across the Trellix Security Platform and customers among some of the most important organizations in the world, there is incredible opportunity for growth at Trellix,” said Natalie Polson, CRO, Trellix. “I look forward to working with our teams, customers, and partners globally to listen and learn, building trust as we scale.”
