Lavorro’s AI-driven platform, featuring solutions like FabAssist.ai™ and ToolAssist.ai™, harnesses patented natural language processing and machine learning technologies to power virtual assistants such as “Lucy.” These intelligent assistants help semiconductor manufacturers diagnose issues, optimize process recipes, and automate maintenance workflows improving mean-time-to-repair (MTTR) and mean-time-between-failures (MTBF). Additionally, these AI tools play a crucial role in formalizing institutional knowledge, accelerating onboarding, and enhancing decision-making and operational performance across manufacturing facilities.

“Our collaboration with K&S marks a significant milestone in operationalizing and value-adding AI across semiconductor manufacturing and equipment services, including in the advanced packaging space,” said Ankush Oberoi, CEO at Lavorro. “Generative AI enables us to capture, synthesize, and disseminate engineering knowledge in unprecedented ways scaling expertise, improving uptime, and driving continuous improvement.”

The joint solutions are now available for early adoption through a structured deployment program that supports both on-premise and cloud-based environments. Semiconductor manufacturers can expect measurable benefits, including improved tool uptime, faster workforce development, enhanced yield, and better quality outcomes delivering a rapid return on investment.
