Shai Fiss has been appointed as the new Chief AI and Technology Officer (CAIO & CTO), effective August 18, 2025. Concurrently, Brad Burget, the current Chief Technology Officer, will transition to the role of CTO Emeritus.
The appointment of Shai Fiss signals a significant step in the company’s strategy to develop and embed creative automation efficiencies across its platform to scale and rapidly meet customer needs. In his new role, Fiss will oversee the entire Product and Technology organization, with a focus on driving automation in customer net revenue workflows and commercial data management. He brings a strong background in building and scaling high-growth SaaS and enterprise platforms, as well as deep experience in AI adoption within product development and healthcare workflows.
