Datavault AI Inc., a leader in data monetization, credentials, digital engagement, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, has announced an expansion of its technology licensing partnership with DataMeds AI, Inc..

Originally focused on pharmaceutical distribution via PharmacyChain blockchain technology, the updated agreement extends Datavault AI’s proprietary intellectual property into all unencumbered commercial healthcare, healthspan, and wellness applications.

Through this strategic alignment, Datavault AI’s data monetization and asset tokenization models will integrate directly into DataMeds AI’s EinsteinRx platform. The framework covers a wide array of environments, including pharmacy logistics, remote patient tracking, laboratory systems, and wearable devices.

Capitalizing on the Exponential Growth of Health Data

Healthcare information accounts for over 30% of global data volume and expands at an estimated compound annual rate of 36%. Coupled with a global wellness economy projected to reach $7.4 trillion, the collaboration unlocks new mechanisms for patient-controlled data sharing and commercial monetization.

As part of concurrent transactions, DataMeds AI is acquiring a behavioral healthcare patent portfolio originally established by the late Senator David T. Bradley and Dr. Dan Ranieri at La Frontera Arizona. The portfolio addresses IoT population health, medical logistics, and remote monitoring powered by AI-driven behavioral insights.

“Our business model depends on extracting greater value from the information we generate every day. Datavault AI’s platform gives us confidence that we can transform data into a strategic asset for our future customers, not just for operational insights, but as a foundation for future commercial opportunities and customer acquisition strategies. We see this as the key step in modernizing how organizations think about data ownership and monetization in healthcare,” said Gerald Commissiong, Interim Co-CEO of DataMEDS.

Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI, said, “Extending our data monetization and tokenization platform into commercial healthcare, healthspan and wellness is a natural next step for patient-controlled data. DataMEDS gives us a focused path to put that technology to work so individuals have a say over how their own medical information is transacted.”

Transaction Details and Strategic Alignment

Under the restructured definitive agreement:

  • Equity Restructuring: Datavault AI will receive common stock representing approximately 19.9% of DataMeds AI upon closing, replacing the previously planned preferred share structure to optimize tax efficiency.
  • Closing Conditions: Completion remains subject to standard closing terms, including DataMeds AI acquiring two QOLPOM intellectual property portfolios from EOS Technology Holdings and securing a controlling stake in Tollo Health LLC from HealthBridge Advisors.
  • Revenue Recognition: Upon final share issuance, the equity value is anticipated to be classified as revenue for Datavault AI.

Both organizations executed the amendment early to streamline operational rollout and immediately leverage Datavault AI‘s technology ecosystem.
