Deloitte introduces suite of more than 100 turnkey AI agentic capabilities to help clients reimagine their enterprises and collaboration with Google Cloud and ServiceNow to establish an open and industry-wide interoperability protocol for AI agents

Deloitte announced an expanded collaboration with Google Cloud and ServiceNow aimed at helping clients rapidly scale their agentic AI capabilities. As part of this initiative, Deloitte is launching a portfolio of over 100 pre-built, ready-to-deploy AI agents—powered by Google’s Gemini models and Agentspace—to revolutionize customer engagement and elevate employee experience.

In addition, Deloitte is working alongside Google Cloud and ServiceNow to advance Agent2Agent (A2A), Google Cloud’s open interoperability protocol. This next-generation protocol is designed to foster seamless communication between AI agents across platforms, unlocking the potential for dynamic, multi-agent ecosystems. The result: better information exchange, improved agent performance, reduced development costs, and long-term value creation for clients across industries.

Empowering the Future of Intelligent Agents

“Clients are getting flooded with information about agents, and while they are interested, they often don’t know where to begin. That’s where we come in,” said Jason Salzetti, chair and CEO, Deloitte Consulting LLP. “This is our largest investment yet with Google Cloud, to provide a clear, structured path for businesses to adopt and scale agentic AI. With collaborations like Google Cloud and ServiceNow, we aim to be a one-stop-shop for clients to reimagine their operations, driving innovation and enhancing productivity across their entire enterprise platforms.”

Deloitte’s suite of AI agents is purpose-built to support a wide range of business functions—from customer service and HR to sales, marketing, procurement, technical, and legal operations. Industry-tailored agents are also available for healthcare, financial services, and consumer sectors. Based on Deloitte’s internal estimates, organizations can expect productivity gains of up to 30% or more, depending on the specific application.

Key AI agent examples include:

  • Contract Redlining – Empowers legal and enterprise teams to interpret complex legal terminology, providing AI-driven insights and suggestions for contract optimization.

  • Credit Loan Automation – Enables financial institutions to streamline credit and loan documentation using pre-populated data and tailored intelligence reports.

  • Data Transformation – Assists technical teams by automating key steps in data engineering workflows—like generating optimized BigQuery code or creating test cases.

Public sector clients can also leverage productivity agents to enhance service delivery, improve regulatory compliance, and manage IT operations more effectively by searching and analyzing documents and policies.

“Google Agentspace allows employees and agents to easily find and explore information from across their organizations, enabling Google-quality search no matter where data is hosted,” said Kevin Ichhpurani, president, Global Partner Organization, Google Cloud. “Through our collaboration with Deloitte, we can bring customers turnkey solutions that use Agentspace and other AI technology to enhance everyday work across nearly every industry— and will make agents available for quick deployment through Google Cloud Marketplace.”

Advancing Unified AI Agent Interoperability

As organizations adopt AI agents to drive efficiency and meet shifting customer expectations, the ability for these agents to work across disparate systems is increasingly critical. Deloitte, in collaboration with Google Cloud and ServiceNow, is addressing this challenge by advancing Agent2Agent (A2A)—an open standard designed to facilitate secure, cross-platform AI collaboration.

“As enterprises embrace the power of AI agents to streamline work and drive productivity, a critical challenge remains: interoperability,” said Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer and chief operating officer, ServiceNow. “Most agentic platforms today operate in silos— built for specialized tasks, confined to one system and unable to collaborate across platforms. At ServiceNow, we are committed to openness and delivering enterprise-wide, AI agent-driven automation solutions. By Deloitte, ServiceNow and Google Cloud coming together, we are uniquely positioned to help teams of AI agents work across platforms to unlock the full potential of agentic AI.”

A compelling use case of A2A is currently in development, where Deloitte and ServiceNow are creating a unified field management solution on Google Cloud. In this scenario, AI agents work together across platforms to resolve customer inquiries about late orders by synthesizing data from CRM systems, procurement workflows, and logistics pipelines. This delivers a seamless, intelligent response and faster resolution times.

Strengthening Strategic Partnerships

This initiative reflects Deloitte’s ongoing commitment to delivering comprehensive, AI-powered transformation strategies through its deep, 360-degree relationship with Google Cloud. Deloitte is actively leveraging Agentspace to streamline its own internal operations, such as project resourcing, and deploying advanced research tools like Deep Research and Notebook LM to speed up client delivery cycles.

Deloitte’s leadership in AI was recently recognized with four Google Cloud Partner of the Year awards across categories including AI Global Sales & Services, Government Industry Solutions, and Security (Global and EMEA).

Deloitte also continues to deepen its long-standing, 12-year alliance with ServiceNow—delivering innovative enterprise solutions that convert insights into measurable impact. Notably, Deloitte is among the first strategic partners to develop AI agents on the ServiceNow platform, trained directly on ServiceNow data.
