Deloitte has announced the expansion of its S2S AI Factory as a Service to include cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions from Palo Alto Networks. Powered by the NVIDIA AI platform, this scalable suite of Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities now includes customized use cases developed by Deloitte for fast-tracked, scalable GenAI deployments. The AI Factory as a Service integrates Deloitte’s expertise in data science, model design, and industry insights with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing infrastructure, AI Enterprise software, and optimized network and storage, delivering secure, efficient, and cost-effective GenAI solutions.

The expanded offering features Palo Alto Networks’ Secure AI by Design solutions, which help organizations innovate with AI securely by embedding security throughout the AI lifecycle. This partnership introduces key features like:

  • Prisma AIRS™: A comprehensive AI security platform that safeguards the entire enterprise AI ecosystem, including AI apps, models, agents, and data. It offers capabilities such as AI Model Scanning, Posture Management, AI Red Teaming, Runtime Security, and AI Agent Security.
  • AI Access Security™: This solution ensures safe access to third-party GenAI applications, reducing data and security risks. It provides real-time visibility into GenAI adoption and usage, enforces access control, and prevents inadvertent leaks of sensitive data to unauthorized applications and their training models.

“Organizations are contending with many barriers to widespread AI adoption, including security, safety, and even performance. These cyber capabilities and solutions can aid in effectively navigating these challenges while securely implementing AI,” said Kieran Norton, US Cyber AI & Automation Leader, Deloitte & Touche LLP. “Together with NVIDIA and Palo Alto Networks on S2S AI Factory as a Service, we can help clients drive AI adoption, resilience, and innovation across the enterprise.”

The expansion leverages NVIDIA and Palo Alto Networks’ AI security solutions to develop tailored cybersecurity capabilities. These solutions include the use of AI deep learning models for threat detection (such as zero-day threats and lateral movement), data lake enablers for high-speed data ingestion, and rapid processing for AI model training and inference, all optimized with NVIDIA Morpheus. Additional solutions include frameworks for evaluating AI model performance across both on-premises and cloud infrastructures, along with NVIDIA NIM microservices and large language models enabled by the NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails framework.

The expanded AI Factory as a Service not only enhances security but also offers AI governance through advanced model lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance. Furthermore, it accelerates AI adoption by utilizing enterprise-scale GPU usage, while providing end-to-end security posture management to protect datasets, AI models, and the full infrastructure stack.

With these enhanced features, Deloitte’s AI Factory as a Service is set to provide organizations with a more robust, secure, and efficient AI deployment experience.
