Anyformat, a generative AI platform specializing in extracting and structuring complex data from any document, has raised €3.3 million in seed funding in a round led by Kibo Ventures, with participation from 4Founders, Abac Nest Ventures, and Decelera Ventures. These three funds also invested in the company’s previous funding round.
Anyformat is building the next generation of document infrastructure powered by generative AI. Its technology enables large enterprises to process contracts, invoices, emails, and presentations with human-level accuracy but at machine speed, while maintaining complete control over sensitive data. Anyformat has already implemented projects for the Singapore government, the L’Oréal Group, and the IAG Group, demonstrating its ability to operate in complex and highly demanding environments.
Since its €520,000 funding round in June 2025, Anyformat has significantly expanded its capabilities beyond traditional document extraction. It is now the only provider able to combine information extracted from a document with a company’s proprietary data in real time. This facilitates automated analysis of unstructured documents, as well as cross-referencing data with internal records such as customer databases, policies, product catalogs, or historical information.

For companies that have to manage complex documentation and fragmented systems, this capability eliminates manual validation steps, reduces errors, and accelerates critical operational processes. According to Dell Technologies’ report on innovation catalysts, 68% of Spanish companies are unable to transform their data into actionable insights in real time: this is the gap that Anyformat aims to fill.

Anyformat plans to exceed one million euros in annual recurring revenue in 2026, thanks to its European expansion and the growing demand for automation, compliance tools and advanced document processing.
