Stream Data Centers, a leader in the design, development, and operation of world-class data centers, is pleased to announce the appointment of AJ Steinbrecher as Vice President, Location Strategy & Acquisitions.

In this role, AJ will lead site development and acquisition efforts for Stream Data Centers, driving strategic growth across key markets. Concurrently, he will also serve as Vice President of Location Strategy & Acquisitions at Headwaters Site Development, an independent affiliate of Stream. Prior to joining Stream, AJ was the Director of Land Acquisition, Cloud Operations + Innovation for Microsoft.

Recognized for his decades of experience in data center land acquisition and strategy expertise, AJ is positioned to help drive proactive investment in the right markets. His ability to solve complex problems, strategic supply/demand planning, program management, and innovative thought leadership will enable him to bring a data-driven approach to opportunities and risks for Stream.

In his dual roles, AJ will bring a unique perspective that will drive growth and operational excellence for both entities while providing continuity between strategic planning, master planning, transaction management, and tactical execution.
