Nebius Group N.V., an AI cloud infrastructure provider, has secured its initial senior secured debt facility worth approximately $775 million to accelerate the global expansion of its full-stack AI cloud platform. Backed by deployed GPU assets and contracted revenue streams from an investment-grade client, the financing matures on October 31, 2030, at a rate of SOFR + 2.50%. This capital structure fully covers the capital expenditure required to deploy the underlying GPU hardware while providing a repeatable blueprint for leveraging over $40 billion in additional commitments from major enterprise clients like Microsoft and Meta. Led by MUFG alongside a prominent banking syndicate including Bank of America, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs, the oversubscribed transaction allows Nebius to effectively convert operational infrastructure into scalable growth capital.
