AI executive with 30 years of experience joins West Monroe at a moment of strong momentum to help clients move faster and achieve more with AI
West Monroe, a global business and technology consulting firm, announced that Bret Greenstein has joined as Chief AI Officer. A globally respected AI executive with more than three decades of experience leading large-scale transformations, Greenstein will lead West Monroe’s AI strategy to drive transformational impact for its clients by integrating AI across client delivery, commercial offerings, and workforce adoption.
Greenstein brings a wealth of industry expertise in advising the C-suite as they navigate and capitalize on the next generation of technology. He most recently led Generative AI at PwC, focused on offerings, alliances and go-to-market for AI. He previously served as Global AI & Analytics Leader at Cognizant and held multiple leadership roles at IBM, including Global CIO for emerging markets and Vice President of Watson IoT. He has also advised Fortune 500 CEOs, led global forums such as the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Data, and spoken at major conferences including TED AI.

Greenstein’s appointment as Chief AI Officer at West Monroe builds on its reputation as an AI leader.
