ServiceNow, the AI platform for business change, and NTT DATA, a global leader in digital services, have expanded their partnership. This aims to boost AI-led transformations in businesses.
Both organizations will work together on a go-to-market strategy and delivery commitments. We will build and promote AI-powered solutions to help organizations improve their processes. NTT DATA will use the ServiceNow AI Platform to boost productivity, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience globally. ServiceNow has named NTT DATA as a key partner. They will help customers use AI-powered automation on a large scale.
The deal continues a long partnership. It shows that both companies care about helping businesses use AI wisely and effectively.
Currently, NTT DATA supports enterprises in strategy advisory services, platform implementation, and ongoing managed and lifecycle services, powered by the AI capability of ServiceNow.

This will be a multiyear engagement that will position NTT DATA as a strategic AI delivery partner for ServiceNow in multiple industries and regions and deliver AI-powered automation across enterprise, commercial, and mid-market segments.
In addition, ServiceNow and NTT DATA will jointly advance new AI deployment models through the “Now Next AI” program, embedding AI engineering expertise directly into enterprise transformation projects.
