Resolve Tech Solutions Recognized for Artificial Intelligence Breakthrough Innovation in 2024 AI Breakthrough Awards Program

Resolve Tech Solutions, a leading provider of SAP solutions and services, announced that it has been selected as winner of the “Best Decision Management Solution” award in the seventh annual AI Breakthrough Awards program conducted by AI Breakthrough, a leading market intelligence organization that recognizes the top companies, technologies, and products in the global Artificial Intelligence (AI) market.

The 2024 AI Breakthrough Award recognizes the standout AI innovation of Resolve Tech Solutions’ recently launched Intelligent Field Operations product, part of its JUNO Labs brand. The breakthrough solution integrates IoT sensors, 5G connectivity, cloud computing, and AI-driven analytics to enhance service levels, improve customer experience, and streamline operations. AI tracks and optimizes service requests, dispatches and schedules technicians using geospatial routing, and manages inventory and equipment to reduce leakage. It also provides technician scorecards and makes use of Gen AI, which paired with computer vision, helps with real-time training, diagnostics, and resolution.

Google Cloud Platform powers Intelligent Field Operations with technologies such as Cloud vision for image recognition and classification, and Vertex AI for managing ML models/data labeling/predictions. Dialogflow helps to create conversational interfaces, while Speech-to-text converts audio to text. Route planning is possible with Google Maps and API/Geocoding/Geolocation/distance matrix as well as cloud for event-driven serverless functions. Recommendations AI, Vision product search, Firebase, Looker for BI, and analytics Dataflow are also available.

It also offers predictive analytics for anticipating problems and optimizing routes, staff assignments, and part inventories.
