Pave, a leading provider of AI-driven compensation intelligence solutions, announced the availability of its platform on the Google Cloud Marketplace. This expanded integration builds upon Pave’s existing relationship with Google Cloud, where the company already runs 100% of its workloads, and now provides enterprise customers with a seamless way to access, purchase, and deploy Pave’s end-to-end compensation management solution directly through the marketplace.

The deepening partnership allows organizations to simplify procurement using existing Google Cloud agreements, benefit from consolidated billing, and apply their committed cloud spend toward Pave subscriptions. Forward-thinking companies such as Atlassian, Block, and Databricks are already harnessing both platforms to modernize and scale their compensation strategies.

Google Cloud Marketplace serves as a one-stop destination for discovering and deploying partner solutions that run on Google Cloud infrastructure.

“Bringing Pave to Google Cloud Marketplace will help customers quickly deploy and manage the company’s AI-powered compensation intelligence platform on Google Cloud’s trusted, global infrastructure,” said Dai Vu, Managing Director, Marketplace & ISV GTM Programs at Google Cloud. “Pave can now securely scale and support customers running their compensation programs on its platform.”

Pave’s unified platform delivers real-time benchmarking on base salaries and equity awards, along with AI-powered workflow tools designed to help organizations gain full visibility and control over their compensation strategies. The platform empowers businesses to craft competitive pay structures, streamline planning processes, and improve total rewards communication.

Currently, Pave is used by companies across industries such as technology, financial services, life sciences, retail, and manufacturing. The platform manages more than $190 billion in compensation spend and draws insights from a vast dataset representing over 8,000 companies. This announcement follows the launch of the Pave Data Lab, a new initiative that gives compensation professionals access to AI-powered insights and collaborative research for smarter decision-making.

Fueling the Future of Compensation with AI

Pave continues to prioritize innovation in artificial intelligence, leveraging Google Cloud’s Vertex AI for machine learning operations and utilizing Google’s Gemini models to enhance its Market Data product’s search capabilities.

Looking forward, the partnership aims to bring new AI-driven innovations to market that support compensation teams with predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and actionable insights for strategic workforce planning.

“Google Cloud Marketplace expands our reach at a time when every company needs intelligent compensation solutions,” said Matthew Schulman, CEO at Pave. “We’ve built our platform on Google’s most advanced AI products because we believe in partnering with the best. Together, with Google Cloud, we’re going to redefine what’s possible in compensation intelligence for thousands of joint customers worldwide.”
