SDG, a global leader in AI-driven identity, threat, and risk management solutions, announced the acquisition of Hub City Media, Inc. (HCM), a consultancy recognized for its deep expertise in identity and access management (IAM).

With this acquisition, SDG reinforces its leadership in identity-first security and enhances its capabilities across the full IAM lifecycle spanning advisory, integration, and managed services. The move also strengthens SDG’s partnerships with leading technology providers such as Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, Delinea, and Okta. By integrating Hub City Media’s proven technical expertise with SDG’s AI-powered cyber resilience and managed services portfolio, the combined organization is positioned to help enterprises build digital trust, safeguard customer and workforce access, and reduce cyber risks at scale.

“Identity is the foundation of digital security, and this acquisition significantly enhances our ability to quickly deliver end-to-end IAM solutions,” said Ajay Gupta, CEO of SDG Corporation. “Hub City Media has built an outstanding reputation as a trusted integration partner to some of the world’s most respected enterprises. Together, we will accelerate innovation, scale delivery, and seek to provide unmatched value to clients looking to modernize identity programs while ensuring measurable business outcomes.”

Founded in 1999, Hub City Media has successfully executed more than one thousand enterprise IAM projects across industries including financial services, healthcare, higher education, and retail. The firm’s team of seasoned architects, engineers, and consultants is widely respected for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex identity programs tailored to diverse client needs.

“We are excited to join forces with SDG,” said Philippe Monrougie, CEO of Hub City Media. “SDG’s managed services expertise and global reach will enable us to extend the value we deliver to our clients and partners, driving not only successful IAM deployments but also long-term resilience and operational excellence in risk and threat. This is a natural next step in our growth and a tremendous opportunity for our team and customers.”

The acquisition provides SDG with an expanded platform to deliver comprehensive IAM and cybersecurity solutions, strengthening advisory capabilities, advanced integration services, and managed security offerings. Hub City Media’s clients will also benefit from SDG’s three decades of experience in identity, risk, and threat management. The unified company will continue to invest in talent, innovation, and strategic alliances to remain ahead of evolving cybersecurity challenges.

“Bringing together SDG and Hub City Media marks an important step in accelerating growth within the identity and access management market,” said Charles Phillips, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Recognize, SDG’s majority shareholder. “This combination enhances our ability to scale, strengthens industry partnerships, and creates powerful opportunities to deliver expanded value to enterprise clients.”

As part of the acquisition, Hub City Media’s team will integrate into SDG’s growing IAM practice. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
