Precisely, a global leader in data integrity, unveiled its strategy to enhance the Precisely Data Integrity Suite with the introduction of next-generation AI Agents and a context-aware Copilot. These innovations are designed to deliver autonomous yet fully governed data integrity, enabling enterprises worldwide to ensure data remains accurate, consistent, and contextual across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments. By automating and optimizing critical data management processes, the new capabilities reduce the need for continuous human intervention while maintaining full control and compliance.

“AI can only achieve its promise when it operates on data that can be trusted, and when users remain firmly in control of how it’s applied,” said Chris Hall, Chief Product Officer at Precisely. “We are building AI agents and a Copilot to help our customers build an ecosystem of trusted data with less effort and expense. We are combining autonomy with guardrails, transparency, and flexibility to give customers the confidence to innovate faster, knowing their data integrity processes are working continuously and intelligently in the background.”

Autonomous AI Agents with Built-In Enterprise Guardrails

The AI Agents within the Precisely Data Integrity Suite will proactively automate key aspects of data integrity while aligning with organizational security, compliance, and operational standards. Acting autonomously within customer-defined parameters, the agents ensure every decision is explainable and traceable. As additional agents are introduced, their orchestration and seamless collaboration will expand their impact, delivering trusted data at scale and enabling smarter, faster decision-making.

The first release of agents will target foundational data integrity functions:

  • Integration Agent – Automates and monitors data pipelines across diverse systems, beginning with a replication recommender to speed modernization.

  • Data Discovery Agent – Scans, profiles, and classifies enterprise data to uncover patterns, detect quality issues, and identify sensitive information such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

  • Data Quality Agent – Automates remediation of integrity issues, starting with data normalization and standardization, while continuously refining strategies to reduce downstream disruptions.

  • Location Intelligence Agent – Enhances enterprise data with geospatial context to reveal trends and deliver location-based insights.

Simplifying Complexity with the Precisely Copilot

Alongside the AI Agents, Precisely is introducing a context-aware Copilot that leverages natural language to simplify complex data integrity tasks. Tailored for both technical professionals and business users, the Copilot transforms intricate workflows into guided, personalized interactions. This approach allows users to delegate tasks to AI with full oversight, improving accessibility while accelerating outcomes.

Building on the Precisely AI Ecosystem for Trusted Data

The AI Agents are part of the broader Precisely AI ecosystem for data integrity, designed to integrate trusted, high-quality data with customers’ AI models, tools, and platforms. Supporting a range of AI approaches including machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI the ecosystem emphasizes flexibility, transparency, and enterprise-scale governance. Features such as audit trails, configurable operations, and multi-agent coordination ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and security requirements.

Earlier this year, Precisely advanced its AI ecosystem with a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, based on the open-source standard from Anthropic. The MCP server enables AI applications to access trusted datasets including location intelligence and property, location, and consumer data via natural language. By connecting the Data Integrity Suite’s APIs with leading large language model interfaces, this innovation eliminates integration complexity and delivers contextual data directly into AI workflows. The result is improved model performance, explainable outcomes, and accelerated development of reliable, actionable AI agents.

Shaping the Future of Data Integrity

With the introduction of AI Agents and the Copilot, Precisely is redefining how organizations ensure trusted data at scale. By combining automation, explainability, and governance, these new capabilities allow enterprises to move beyond managing data challenges and instead focus on leveraging trusted data as a catalyst for innovation and business growth.
