Universal Robots and MiR open a new robotics center in Denmark

Universal Robots, a Danish collaborative robot (cobot) company, and MiR, a Danish AMR (autonomous mobile robot) manufacturer, celebrated the grand opening of their new 20,000 m2 headquarters in Odense , Denmark .

The event was attended by partners from the global UR and MiR ecosystems, including NVIDIA and Siemens , with whom Teradyne Robotics Group companies recently announced several collaborations.

“The opening of this new headquarters represents a significant milestone for the Teradyne Robotics Group as we bring together two leading companies in the field of robotics innovation,” said Ujjwal Kumar , President of the Teradyne Robotics Group. ”

Commenting on the new robotics center, Jean-Pierre Hathout , president of MiR, said:

Panelists discussed the use of physical AI across industries and highlighted the transformative power of advanced automation for businesses and the workplace.
