Pudu Robotics , a global leader in service robotics, announced the launch of the PUDU T600 Series , a next-generation line of industrial delivery robots designed for autonomous handling of heavy loads in complex industrial environments.
Following the success of the PUDU T300 , which addressed medium-duty transportation needs, the T600 series marks Pudu’s entry into heavy-duty logistics and end-to-end automation. The robot is designed to help manufacturers meet growing demands for throughput, workforce flexibility, and adaptive intralogistics, especially in rapidly changing production and warehousing environments.
Dual-form design for greater application flexibility
The T600 series is offered in two distinct versions to meet varied industrial needs. The PUDU T600 is the standard version of the series. It is an industrial heavy-duty delivery robot , featuring an integrated touchscreen, ergonomic handlebars and intuitive control buttons, allowing easy operation for tasks requiring occasional manual interaction. The PUDU T600 Underride is an industrial autonomous mobile robot on a chassis , its low profile allowing it to autonomously pass under racks or shelves, lifting them and transporting them with precision (ideal for high-density automated operations between a shelf and the line or between shelves).

Main features and innovations
- Load capacity of 600 kg With a payload of 600 kg, the T600 series significantly reduces the number of delivery trips required, improving the throughput and efficiency of single trips for intensive logistics operations.
- Flexible deployment The T600 Series can be deployed rapidly, allowing it to accommodate evolving production patterns without requiring physical modifications or lengthy installation processes.
- Rack Group Recognition Advanced navigation and perception systems enable the T600 Series to intelligently identify designated shelves or load positions and perform autonomous picking and depositing tasks, thus operating without human intervention in storage, delivery and replenishment operations.
- Detection of available elevators for operations between multiple floors To limit elevator congestion in vertical installations, the T600 uses a real-time scheduling system that identifies available elevators and prioritizes their use, improving delivery speed and minimizing waiting times during transport between floors.
- On-premises deployment for data security The T600 supports on-premises or private cloud deployment, keeping data within internal networks and eliminating reliance on external cloud services, making it ideal for security-sensitive industrial environments.
- Adaptive navigation in narrow aisles Designed for high-density environments, the T600 Series dynamically adapts its routing strategy based on aisle width and load dimensions, switching in real time from single to dual lanes to ensure safe and efficient passage and coordinated multi-robot operations.
- VDA5050 protocol compatibility Support for the VDA5050 communication standard allows the T600 to seamlessly integrate with other robots and systems, simplifying fleet collaboration and scalability.
- Comprehensive multi-layered security system The PUDU T600 series is designed for safe operation with features such as ground projection indicators (standard version) to alert nearby personnel, real-time dynamic obstacle avoidance and a built-in disaster response module that allows automatic action in the event of emergencies (e.g. fires or earthquakes).
- IoT for smarter facility integration The T600’s modular IoT connectivity supports access control, elevator rides, call goods buttons and more, allowing it to quickly interface with factory systems without complex software integration.
Whether deployed in electronics assembly, automotive parts production, metal fabrication or smart warehousing, the T600 Series is designed to streamline logistics flows, reduce risks associated with manual handling and future-proof intralogistics networks through intelligent automation.
